4月16日，国际金融法律评论（IFLR）公布了2025年度亚太法律大奖（IFLR Asia-Pacific Awards 2025）的获奖名单。该奖项旨在表彰亚太地区最具创新性的最具创新性的重大交易以及参与交易的亚太地区领先律所。
