JunHe LLP recently announced the official election of its new Management Committee during the 2026 Partners' Meeting convened on September 20. Partner Nelson Zhou (周辉) was elected as the new Chair of the Management Committee while Warren Hua (华晓军), Sammuel Zhao (赵锡勇), George Wang (王钊), Pete Zhang (张平), and Yongqiang Yu (余永强) were elected as committee members. The newly appointed committee will officially assume office on January 1 2027 serving a three-year term.
This leadership transition reflects the institutionalized arrangements and smooth succession within the management tier of JunHe. Following firm tradition and established management conventions former Chair Mr. Hua who served two consecutive terms did not seek re-election for the top leadership role but will remain on the committee as a member. The newly elected Chair Mr. Zhou has served on the Management Committee for several years deeply participating in the strategic planning and daily operational governance of the firm. Anchored by partners born in the 1970s the new management team features five re-elected members out of six highlighting the continuity and stability of the partnership governance structure and decision-making mechanisms of the firm.
