Hylands Law Firm recently announced the addition of six new partners to its Beijing office. The newly arrived partners are Xuqian Lu (陆徐倩), Jiaying Wang (王佳莹), Xuefei Xu (许雪霏), Beibei Zhang (张贝贝), Hao Zhou (周浩), and Tao Bai (白涛). Their arrival further enriches the firm's professional talent pool across key practice areas including dispute resolution, bankruptcy restructuring and special asset disposal, securities and capital markets, criminal defense, digital technology, and wealth management.

Ms. Lu focuses her primary practice on dispute resolution, private equity and investment funds, and wealth management and succession. She holds a Juris Master degree from Peking University. Prior to joining Hylands, Ms. Lu practiced at Zhong Lun Law Firm for nearly nine years and served as a senior associate.

Ms. Wang specializes in bankruptcy restructuring and special asset disposal, corporate affairs, and private equity investments. She holds an LL.M. degree from Jilin University and previously practiced at Zhonglun W&D Law Firm and JunHe.

Ms. Xu primarily engages in securities and capital markets, corporate investment and financing M&A, and digital technology legal services. Graduating from China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.M. degree, she brings over ten years of practice experience. She previously served for a long tenure as a senior associate in the capital markets department at Zhong Lun Law Firm and co-founded Shanghai Shanzhang Law Firm.

Mr. Zhang is deeply cultivated in bankruptcy restructuring and special asset disposal, dispute resolution, and asset management. He holds a Juris Master degree from China University of Political Science and Law and previously practiced at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Mr. Zhou focuses primarily on criminal defense, compliance and regulation, and the digital technology sector. He holds an LL.M. in Criminal Law from Liaoning University. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced for many years at W&H Law Firm and Yingke Law Firm.

Mr. Bai focuses his practice on dispute resolution, compliance and regulation, and wealth management and succession. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from China University of Political Science and Law. He previously served as a Presiding Judge at the Beijing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court, dedicating ten years to judicial adjudication. Following his departure from the public sector, he spent eight years as a Vice President at a real estate and financial investment enterprise, overseeing legal affairs, investments, and family office operations.
