Ms. Liu possesses extensive legal service experience in private funds, private equity investments, venture capital, corporate equity incentives, and general corporate legal affairs. Her industry expertise spans artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, smart mobility, the internet, high technology, energy, consumer goods, and the film and television sectors. Ms. Liu has provided legal services related to private equity financing, acquisitions, and equity incentives for over a hundred enterprises. She has also advised dozens of institutions on the establishment of domestic and overseas private funds and private fund manager registration. With practical experience in compliance and risk control throughout the entire lifecycle of private funds—including fundraising, investment, management, and exit—Ms. Liu excels at providing clients with practical solutions from both commercial and legal perspectives.

Ms. Liu holds an LL.B. from Southwest University of Political Science & Law and a Master's degree from the University of Bristol. She is qualified to practice law in the PRC. Prior to joining Kingland Partners, Ms. Liu practiced at Shihui Partners.
